In a world increasingly defined by the changing software we use, one thing remains the same: the human nature of projects. In this presentation we will reflect on the importance of the human aspects of project management including emotional intelligence skills, risk management, empathy and team building. We will also explore the importance of empathy in recognizing and overcoming project obstacles.
